Rules update

When I set up the forum signatures were not enabled for members (it was for officers) as in some forums I am a member of you see quite large signature images which spread out the content and substantially slow download times. As there is a request to enable this feature I have decided to add the following to the rules and your continued use of the forum will imply your agreement to it.

Signatures added to posts may consist of text, links, and/or a single userbar (no larger than 350x20px). Other graphic images are not permitted to avoid lengthy download times for members with slower connections. The content and format of signatures may not breach other rules of this forum such as inappropriate content.
