I've just received notification from abebooks that this title is available now from a seller in the UK. I did not order it because shipping added almost 50% to the cost of the book. I'll wait for it to become available from a US seller.

I was just hunting for a cover image to do the release article as you posted. Although issued by the same publisher it will not be out till 15 February in the US or 24 January in Canada
