For any who might be interested Jim Nelson will be at the following events:
June 12 - USS Constitution Museum Store, 1:30 - 3:30. Book Signing. This is like Old Home Day. Author Jim Nelson's love of ships all but began with visits to "Old Ironsides." Always a pleasure to get back there.

July 8 - Artisan Books and Bindery, 2:30 - 3:30. Talk and Book Signing. Back to the lovely island of Islesboro and the terrific little bookstore, Artisan Books and Bindery.

July 14 - Waldoboro Historical Society, 7:00 (?) Talk and Book Signing. Jim Nelson will be discussing George Washington's Great Gamble and signing whatever people would like him to sign.

July 19 - Pemaquid Historical Society, 7:00. Talk and Book Signing. Author will be speaking wattle and daub construction homes at Colonial Pemaquid. What, you may ask, does he know about that? Come and find out. Book signing to follow.

August 7 - Mystic Seaport Museum Bookstore, 3:00 - 6:00. Book Signing at one of the premier maritime museums in the country, and one of the best maritime book stores.

August 14 & 15 - Colonial Pemaquid State Historic Site, 1:00 & 3:00 each day. The dread pirate Dixie Bull once again prowls the shores of Pemaquid. Jim Nelson reprises his role as one of the few pirates to ravage the coast of Maine. A local favorite.
