Ramage's Devil (Book 13)

Just read the first one by Dudley Pope. Ramage's Devil.

Quite a good yarn. He knows the details of the time and places in the text which make for good reading, so I will look for more

It would be a little disappointing to pick up a book, have the new young Middy join his crew, and 1 month later all hands are killed by a lucky french shot right into the powder magazie.

Sometimes things just go their way.
