Compendium of series facts
For fans of the series patrickobrian.com has a downloadable pdf of facts about the series called Butchers Bill by Michael Schuyler. Despite the title it does not just list deaths/injuries but crew lists, actions and much more.

Re: Compendium of series facts
I've just begun to 'review' this compendium and it is truly 'the Mother lode' for any Aubrey-Maturin 'phile'. I'll definitely spend some 'spare time' here (when I have some).
One 'fact' that I've come upon and while the event is mentioned in this compendium, 'the fact' is not (nor have I seen it mentioned elsewhere, though I may have missed it in all the material presented).
Jack Aubrey's good friend, French Captain Christy - Palliere, did infact exist in real life and protrayed 'himself' in the taking of HMS Sophie. The only disparity is that the ship he took was not HMS Sophie, but rather HMS Speedy and the Captain was Thomas Cochrane.
